complimented by breads and crackers for dipping and feasting.
Cheese, fruits and vegetables complete the table display.

Chicken Au Poivre
Tender breast of Statler chicken roasted to succulent perfection
and finished in a rich Cognac cream
accented with shallots and green peppercorns.
