rustic and classic character rising as a functional centerpiece.
Tiered display of whole and cut fruits with seasonal vegetables
accented by dips and accompaniments.
Adding to the table is a display of cheeses to quench the palate of a passing guest.

Chicken Tuscany
Boneless breast of Free Range Chicken seasoned with Italian herbs.
Sautéed and deglazed with white wine
and a touch of Marsala brown sauce, mushrooms and
a touch of lemon backed and
finished with concassé of plum tomatoes and spray of fresh basil.

English Cut Prime Rib
Boneless, tender Prime Rib of Beef
roasted to a sensational aroma and flavor.
Sliced thin for extra tenderness and finesse.
Served with natural juices.
